Todd Mosby

A seeker and learner who believes in the transformative power of music, Mosby has spent a lifetime exploring creative purposefulness, sharing knowledge and innovations along the way.

My musical path is a journey through immersive study in music composition, performance, improvisation, history, culture, philosophy and nature. I continually incorporate an evolving palette of performance and composition skills for furthering musical expression and audience expansion.

Jeffrey Weber

Jeffrey Weber has been a widely-recognized music industry professional for over forty years. He has produced over 200 CDs with releases on just about every major label as well as a host of independent labels. Along the way, his projects have yielded two Grammys, seven Grammy nominations, at least seventeen top ten albums, two number one albums and an assortment of other honors.

His productions have also appeared on every major label including MCA, Warner Bros., Atlantic, BMG, Columbia, A&M, Elektra as well as such labels as GRP, Hip-O, Sheffield, Concord, Bainbridge, Silver Eagle, Zebra, among countless others.

Among the many artists that have fallen under the banner of “Produced by…” include: Nancy Wilson, David Benoit, Jackson Browne, Marcus Miller, Michael McDonald, Gerald Albright, Tom Scott, Chick Corea, Stanley Clark, Etta James, Linda Hopkins, Kenny Burrell, McCoy Tyner, Jackie McLean among many others.

Producer

With over four decades in the music industry, Clark has worked across genres, continents, and mediums as a mixer, engineer, and producer. His work has earned both Grammy and Emmy awards—including a Grammy for Wayne Shorter’s Alegría and an Emmy for score mixing on Amazon’s Mozart in the Jungle. His career began behind a live console at Los Angeles’ legendary Hong Kong Café, mixing for punk pioneers like X, Circle Jerks, Agent Orange and Social Distortion.

In Los Angeles, he joined Ocean Way Recording, expanding into jazz, orchestral, and pop production with artists such as U2, Madonna, Lionel Richie, and XTC. Since then, he has recorded and mixed around the world—in Cuba, Korea, Spain, Italy, the UK, Japan, and throughout the U.S.—working with Herbie Hancock, Sting, Chick Corea, Angélique Kidjo, David Benoit, Placido Domingo, and The Fray, just to name a few.

Vinnie Colaiuta is known for his technical mastery and collaborations with several famous artists, including Frank Zappa, Sting, Joni Mitchell, Jeff Beck and Duran Duran to name a few. His work spans various genres, showcasing his versatility as a drummer.

Vinnie has received numerous awards, including 18 'Drummer of the Year' awards from Modern Drummer magazine, with 10 of those in the 'Best Overall' category. He was also inducted into the Modern Drummer Hall of Fame in 1996 and the Classic Drummer Hall of Fame in 2014, and he has won a Grammy Award.

Tom Scott is a renowned composer, arranger, producer, music director, saxophonist and educator.  His 33 solo recordings have earned him 13 Grammy nominations and 3 Grammy awards.  His numerous contributions as a player and arranger include Joni Mitchell’s Court and Spark and Miles of Aisles, Steely Dan’s Aja and Gaucho; hit singles like Carole King’s “Jazzman,” Paul McCartney’s “Listen to What the Man Said,” Rod Stewart’s “Do You Think I’m Sexy,” Blondie’s “Rapture,’ Toto’s “Rosanna,” Whitney Houston’s “Saving All My Love for You” and on countless movie soundtracks.

Luis Conte’s genius stems from his ability to integrate the powerful rhythms of his native Cuba with the American necessities of American pop music. Laura Vall is a prolific performer who tours the world with several bands in addition to Baila Nova, including Trip-Hop and Dub legends Thievery Corporation.
